Our Story
AccuMed’s story began with a simple but challenging problem: attorneys needed a way to determine the usual, customary and reasonable value of medical damages in personal injury cases without drowning in medical bills and complex valuation methods. The process was time-consuming, expensive, and, frankly, a little overwhelming.
So, we set out to fix it. Armed with data, technology, and a deep understanding of medical billing and valuation, AccuMed was built to bring clarity and fairness to the chaos. Over the past decade, we’ve worked on approximately 10,000 cases and have been disclosed as experts in over 7,000, helping attorneys navigate everything from initial demands to courtroom battles.
What makes us different? Transparency and accessibility. Our proprietary technology and associated products give attorneys a way to engage AccuMed early on in their cases — before committing to expert fees. An early look at the numbers means informed decisions sooner.
